ebida is a team of public sector procurement professionals who have also bid for work themselves. Every one of us has run tenders at Head of Department level or above, so we know what a strong response looks like from the buyer's side, and how to build one from the supplier's.
Our Mission
ebida began by helping small and medium-sized businesses compete for public sector contracts. That is still the heart of what we do, but the work has grown to cover both sides of the tender. We help suppliers get ready, comply and win, and we help buyers build a supply base that can deliver, and show what it delivers.
Our mission is twofold. First, to open up public sector contracts to businesses of every size, by giving them the evidence, documents and bid skills buyers ask for. Second, to make good practice stick: in the suppliers we develop, in the tools they use every year, and in the social value they can prove. We do that through four services: supplier development, compliance tools, bid management and social value reporting.
